Padraic Kielty.... Head Chef
Originally from Foxford, Co. Mayo, Padraic is Viña Mara's Head Chef. He is also a member of the National Culinary Chef team and the Euro Torques team, and has represented Ireland all over the world for the past five years, winning over 50 medals. Padraic also broke the record in 2003 at the International Culinary championships, winning the over all award and 4 gold medals.

Padraic prides himself in using fresh local organic produce to provide a top class menu for his diners.
